There are many ways to receive order in the back-office systems, but they all add up with 2 categories:
1. Online booking - websites
2. Via phone
Lately we added new capability for the travel agents which allow them to send passengers link, via SMS or email, to specific web page where they be able to do secure payment or pay via digital wallets such as Bit, Google pay, Apple pay, etc.
By using new system function, the clerk can send link to pay to each passenger or to each group leader (for all his/her group member amounts).
In the end of the process the system created and automatedly send receipt.
The online payment page is dynamic and each agency can set different payments methods.
